In its 23rd year, the Rimrock Café has delighted diners with its innovative, fresh cuisine and emphasis on the finest fish and game, artfully prepared with inventiveness and flair. The restaurant is consistently recognized as a local’s favorite for atmosphere, service and a sublime eating experience. Behind the large glass window of our lit cellar, all manner of wines from the glamorous and recognizable to the intriguing and new seem to hum seductively. Two fireplaces cast an ambient glow over the chatter and energy of our rustic dining room. In summer, enjoy your meal on a sunny patio. The seafood antipasto for two is the perfect start to your meal. Stunning presentation meets succulent, vibrant flavor among the six exquisite tasters. Try our Venison tenderloin, served with a porcini cream and homemade spatzle. For the seafood lover, our main course Trio is a harmony of seared Ahi, nut crusted Sablefish and grilled prawns. Complete your meal with Whistler's favorite desert.

Everything from cocktails and canapes to a four course feast can be tailored to your particular needs. The best, melt in your mouth venison I’ve ever had! And the presentation was Instagram perfect! The wait staff, ambience, everything made our anniversary dinner the best!

Ambiance is warm and cozy with a lodge feeling. More upscale than it sounds. Service was outstanding. We arrived early for our reservation and enjoyed a drink in the bar. The bartender was warm and chatty but not intrusive. Drinks were on point. Our server was OUTSTANDING!! A gentleman from Australia who's been in the area for 8 years, 2 in Whistler. Explained the menu, some off menu items, and was on point. The food was incredible. We were a party of two and each had the Seafood Trio (salmon, prawns, and ahi) and we split a filet mignon. Everything was super fresh and tasted outstanding. Try the lobster bisque. The location is between the main Whistler area and Creekside but worth going. If you are staying in the area, taxi, Lyft, or see if a lodge shuttle. This is a must eat dinner place!!!

I never miss an opportunity to dine at the Rimrock. The food and service are outstanding and the ambience is warm and cozy. Best wedge in the West and the best sticky toffee pudding on the continent!

My husband and I enjoyed the oysters and the wild mushroom salad and the seafood trio. Everything was excellent! Our server Jason made the whole experience warm and inviting.

Celebrated a special birthday at RimRock. The clams, venison and pecan pie were excellent Have been coming here for the past 10+ years and will keep coming back.

This place looks dark and dated. The duck was too hard to cut with a steak knife…my oyster Rockefeller were awful!! There are many better options in Whistler.
