Our favorite spot for fine dining. Have been coming for a long time. Service, food, staff are outstanding. We’ve never been disappointed nor felt we didn’t get our monies worth. Our server Hannah was outstanding. She saw to our every need, was great to talk with made our visit special. I would recommend Rick Erwin’s Eastside to everyone!!

We enjoyed a very nice meal at Rick’s Eastside. Our server, Shannon, was very attentive and made sure our needs were met. The manager, Christina, made sure the evening was special.

Made a reservation over two weeks in advance for our anniversary. We were told we needed to wait because they had too many people come in. We were asked if we wanted to sit at a high top cocktail table near the bar. I said no thank you. We wondered if they understood what a reservation means. We almost left but did get seated after a 10-15 minute wait. Was worth the wait!

We had a wonderful night. Maddie and Saxon were both so friendly and attentive and did a great job of keeping us happy in the bar area.

Start to finish an excellent experience. Bartender (Maddie) made sure our every need was met (and made an absolutely stellar assortment of cocktails). We were celebrating our anniversary and so much of the staff came by to wish us a happy anniversary, from the back of house (Noel and Shelby) to the front of house (Whitt and Christina). We felt so well taken care of, and it was truly a VIP experience. 11/10 could not reccomend more.

We celebrated my husbands 35th birthday, the staff gave him a personalized card - he had a delicious desert (crème brûlée and a lemon crème pie).

Rick Erwin’s Eastside is an absolute favorite of my families. One of the things that makes it so special is the service and the people! Maddie, Reagan, Brittany, Jake, Saxon, and all the others make you feel like you’re truly in a local neighborhood joint. Of course that is a local neighborhood joint that has excellent food and something on the menu for every mood that you might be in. I can’t read about all of them enough!

The Eastside location is fabulous. We enjoyed a birthday dinner for my wife. Wit was our server, he is an amazing gentleman, took great care of us, fantastic recommendations for the wine and entrees and finished the evening with a sparkler birthday candle and key lime pie. If you haven’t been, we encourage you to go to Rick Erwin’s Eastside!!
