Focalisé sur la nouvelle cuisine mexicaine. Le concept de Richardson existe depuis 1988. Reconnu pour leur chili rouge et vert et les pizzas exceptionnelles qu'ils font cuire au four à bois. Le menu comprend une soupe du jour ainsi qu'une variété de salades, d'entrées, de pâtes et de plats principaux. Les spéciaux du jour sont affichés sur les tableaux noirs. If it was not for the absolute complete lack of service from the bar, before we got seated, this review would have been 5 stars. My brother, visiting from out of town, and I tried to get drinks at the bar before our reservation. So we grabbed two seats at the bar and then got ignored by 2 bartenders for 10 minutes before we got up and left the bar, opting to just go ahead and get seated for dinner. The kicker to this is one of the bartenders asked and served the gentleman sitting right next to me but never asked my brother or myself if we wanted to order drinks, just completely ignored. Not acceptable. From there, once we were seated for dinner, all good from our server and as usual, since I use to frequent this restaurant, great food!

As soon as we walked in to the restaurant we felt this was a special place. We were quickly greeted. Our server had a great personality and was attentive and made some recommendations which turned out be be spot on! Food was delicious. Our friends who are from New Mexico-said the food was true New Mexico cuisine. We enjoyed the ambiance and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves.

The food was outstanding but something really off with gentleman seating guests. We had a booth reservation for two weeks, yet he just left us standing by the door for 15 minutes. He would say “they’re preparing your table” when we could see it was already ready. Then he would disappear and come back and take some calls and get on the computer. We just stood there. It was super weird and other guests were complaining of the same treatment!

amazing as always, the only thing i would mention is that they always seem to bring out the house salads ( the best !) 2-3 minutes before the main course. with 4 people in a booth its hard to fit all the plates.

We had a great time until we didn’t. The waitress was actually terrible. Took them 20 minutes to initially get to the table and from there it just got worse. Double ordered some of our food. Forgot drinks. Took forever for them to come back to the table so we could even get the check. There were 4 of us. We ordered 3 cocktails 4 Diet Coke (cause it is not fountain its cans), an appetizer, 4 entrees, and 2 desserts. Once we were done we were paying the bill just like any normal patron does. The hostess then proceeds to bring us back our check and says “we have another reservation you have to go”. First off there were people that were there before us still there. Why would you do that? It totally ruined the experience. On top of it when brought up to management they blew us off. I am in customer service and I have to say if they were my employees I would at least give a warning. It was so rude we will never go back again and will tell anyone that will listen about our experience so maybe they will pick another restaurant where they won’t be subject to being kicked out when you are a paying patron. Beyond unprofessional.
