OLINA offers French cuisine with a beautiful appearance that gives you a sense of nostalgia and familiarity, but also shows a finely honed sensibility. What was important to me was the freedom and comfort that both the cook and the eater felt through cooking. French chef Olivier and his wife Natsuko say that "rustic modern" is a similar expression when talking about OLINA's cuisine.
What is Rustic Modern?
``While preserving the texture of the original materials, we want to add color to your life with a modern, beautiful appearance.'' That's exactly OLINA's style.
The inspiration for the dishes comes from ingredients received from producers that they met in Japan with traditional French cooking techniques that Olivier has cultivated. Add to this the flexible ideas and sensibilities that come from their borderless backbone, and create modern French cuisine that is simple and light. What makes the food even more appealing is the lineup of craft wines selected by Tsutomu Tokiwa, the sommelier who supervises OLINA's drinks. We offer wines that match the food, mainly from European wineries. One of OLINA's charms is the wine and food experience born from free ideas that are not bound by conventional methods, just like the dishes that Olivier creates with ease.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or change of reservation will be charged as follows from the date of arrival (Japan time).
3 to 2 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the course price (including tax) (for the number of persons)
1 day prior to the date of arrival to the day of arrival: 100% of the course price (including tax) (for the number of persons)
Dinner course: 17600 yen per person (tax included)
Lunch course: 13200 yen per person (tax included)
