排隊用餐，動線太亂，位置擁擠人太多太吵。食材較不精緻，服務到什麼？好的。希望多多加油，能夠改進

櫃檯服務人員及桌邊整理人員明顯訓練不足態度非常差勁沒有禮貌尤其在櫃臺穿著和服的迎賓人員應對的態度及話術更是糟糕完全感覺不出這是一家五星級的飯店菜色總類尚可但不出色絕對不會再來此用餐

用餐不錯有很有氛圍，但費用真的跟食材上有些許落差相較費用跟其他餐廳吃到飽比起來真的落差很大尤其在海鮮食材方面已輸很多家餐廳

結完帳就不來清桌子了，扣1分。座位太擁擠，人多很吵雜，扣1分。沒有置放包包的小籃子，只能把背包放座位上，影響吃飯坐姿，扣1分。

希望湯類可以再熱一點，喝了好多年試了好多次，每次都是那樣溫溫的，等拿回桌上要喝時都已經偏涼不好喝了。

抱著期待來，結果吃完很空虛。生魚片有鮭魚、加納魚及其他同為鯛科的魚種，沒有干貝、比目魚、鮪魚，其中鮭魚生魚片沒有握壽司上的鮭魚好吃，吃起來肉質有明顯差異。食物種類不多，吃到後面不知道吃什麼，大概只吃了一小時十分鐘就離開了。性價比非常低，吃這麼多間buffet，這是我目前吃到最失望的一家😮‍💨

下午茶用餐時間4:004:30。4:00 4:00提醒用餐到4:30，這還可接受！4:05～4:10服務人員就要來收刀叉，這樣觀感不佳！請改善！

手捲、松露燉飯、甜點好吃，生魚片新鮮但肉質不甜，湯咖哩煮到很苦，關東煮表現太普通感覺有點敷衍，感覺沒有對得起這個價位
