Before you make a reservation, we would like to share our reservation guidelines and rules of our sushi restaurant. Please read the following information carefully and bind your credit card within the specified time. By doing so, you agree to the following rules. The reservation deposit is $2000 per person, and no charges will be made in advance. Thank you for your support and cooperation.
|Restaurant Cancellation Policy| ? If you cancel your reservation seven days before the date, no fee will be charged. ? Cancellations within seven days of the reservation date (inclusive) or no-shows on the day of the reservation will be considered a cancellation, and the full deposit will be charged without refund.
|Restaurant Operating Rules| ? Closed every Sunday and Monday (special holidays as announced). ? Only guests aged 12 and above are accepted. Meals must be the same as those of adults. ? We only accommodate food allergies; we do not accommodate dislikes (e.g; not eating raw food or specific types of fish). ? Please note any food allergies when making a reservation. ? Your reservation is only complete once you receive a confirmation message. ? Please be punctual. Reservations are only held for 15 minutes. ? There is no parking available nearby. We recommend using public transportation (a 5-minute walk from MRT Xingtian Temple Station Exit 1).
|Meal and Menu Information| ? 90% raw food with a small amount of cooked food. ? Vegetarian options, seared dishes, and fully cooked meals are not available. ? Guests in the same party must arrive together. Please be punctual as dining starts simultaneously for all guests to ensure everyone's rights.
|Operating Hours| ? Lunch (Wednesday to Saturday) 12:00-14:30 (latest entry at 12:15) ? Dinner (Tuesday to Saturday) 18:30-21:30 (latest entry at 18:45)
|Set Menu Prices| ? lunch: $3500 per person ? Dinner: $4500 per person ? Saturday lunch: $4500 per person (10% service charge not included) ? For private events, please contact us for the details.
|Beverage Service Rules| ? Simple red and white wine and sake glasses were provided. ? No glass changing service (one glass per person for each type). ? If you need a glass changing service, an additional washing fee of $200 per glass will be charged (10% service charge not included). ? Due to limited refrigeration space, please contact us in advance if you need to store beverages (storage only on the day of dining).
|Friendly Reminders| ? If you need to store a birthday cake, please contact us in advance as refrigeration space is limited (storage only on the day of dining). ? No outside food or pets are allowed. ? In the event of natural disasters, unforeseen circumstances (such as water or power outages), or accidents, the restaurant reserves the right to cancel or reschedule reservations. ? No smoking or e-cigarettes are allowed on the premises. ? No takeout or doggy bag service is available.
