The Hilton Prague Old Town Zinc Bar & Lounge embodies a graceful feel and global delicacies. Zinc’s cosmopolitan atmosphere comes straight from the kitchen. The international culinary team will whisk your taste
buds away to delightful corners of the world, or open your eyes to the wonders of dishes from our home.

You will be surprised by the fresh tastes and colorful plates that pass through our kitchen and on to your table.
The restaurant interior has been designed by David Collins, reflecting the architecture of Prague with inspiration from the city’s landmarks as well as the Czech Modernism, Cubism and Art Deco.

Every Sunday, in The Restaurant side, popular Brunch with seafood (Summer break June-August)

Zinc is the in-house restaurant at the Hilton Prague Old Town and we chose it as a decent starting off point for a walk around the area. My colleague and I ordered identical meals. Our starter of barley salad and poached egg arrived without the poached egg (on both plates) though it took us a minute to realise (menu check). The plates were apologetically whisked away and re-appeared, freshly made with advertised poached egg. Unfortunately, the yolk was not runny, but we didn't have the heart to have the done again. The dish came together fairly well but a runny yolk would have certainly elevated it. The main course of duck breast was perfectly cooked and much more as expected. Service was attentive but not overbearing. The degustation of 3 Czech red wines we ordered as an accompaniment - was excellent and surprisingly good. Despite the hiccup with the starter, I could recommend Zinc - just so happened there was a corporate event on at the same time which changed the ambience and made things a little more noisy.

Heaven! The only reason I marked the ambience down was because we were there so early we were the only people eating. Which was our fault. The food was amazing, the cocktails delicious & the staff attentive & courteous.

After having 2 notifications making sure we were still coming to our booking , we arrived only to be told the restaurant was closed due to covid ( it’s now 2023 !) so we were seated in the bar area. The food was average, the rib eye steak was shocking , the cocktails were terrible especially the martini’s , asked for a dirty one and it was straight gin and served in a kids Sundae glass. Not all impressed with this place especially since it was attached to the Hilton hotel in Prague. We have been away touring Europe for 3 weeks and this was the worst meal to date.

The staff was exelent and the place looked very nice. The food tasted very good but there where not alot of choises on the menu. The drinks where good but some drinks like the old fashioned was bad. Overall the dinner was quite nice. Extra plus to the waiters they did a great job.

Zinc took the reservation for six and when we arrived stated the dining room was reserved and offered three two top tables in the bar. Server was terrible until the bartender took over. Took more than 45 minutes for food which were small portions and moderately tasty.

We enjoyed the experience, hospitality at his best. The Dock seafood was exquisite, value for money. Mr Michal, the restaurant supervisor, makes sure that you do not miss anything and even surprises us with complimentary cake and cocktails for our wedding anniversary. Greatly appreciated and recommended.
