Had the Taster Meal, 7 courses. Only two observations that were less than outstanding. The goat cheese from Las Vantanas was a bit uninspiring and the chocolate sauce on one of the desserts was a bit thin. Other than that, the dishes were outstanding. Excellent service staff and great ambience.

Location molto bella e personale cortese Cena di Capodanno quindi menù fisso con piatti elaborati ma non sempre indovinati Nessuna bevanda inclusa (per questo rapporto qualità/prezzo non soddisfacente) e offerte come se lo fossero

Overall an amazing experience! Food was spectacular and service and ambience were by far the best we’ve ever had. Staff were extremely friendly and made our dinner experience much more fun and memorable. Will definitely be back every time we visit!

Came to DUM for our honeymoon, our second time here. We had an amazing experience again, the setting in the jungle is just so unique. Food was on another level this time, can definitely see how they earned their Michelin recommendation. A nice touch was bringing out sparklers for our honeymoon with the dessert course at the end of the meal! We did the 7 course tasting and every dish was amazing. DUM was able to get me to enjoy lamb, which I normally do not like at all. We brought our own wine and corkage was 500 pesos. Hope to be back soon!

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in some time! 10/10 on service, ambiance, food quality and flavor, cocktails, etc!! We did the 5 course set menu and it was absolutely incredible. And great portions! We will be back :) Thanks Dum!
