Kōst is a 44th-floor rooftop restaurant and bar featuring unparalleled panoramic views of the city from Toronto’s BISHA Hotel. Inspired by the Baja Peninsula, the cuisine unites the bright, fresh and lively flavours of the Californian coastline by way of colourful dishes and refreshing cocktails.     Food menu can be better. There is not a lot of healthy options. Food menu at cactus is amazing.

    Fabulous experience…sat on the patio…great food, service, view and ambiance! Would definitely make a return visit!!

    Overall very good but a little frustrated with the booking process, I booked with 3 weeks in advance the date for 4 people and few days before the date I called to add 1 more person and they said they could not accommodate. When we got there they gave us a table for 6 when they told me they could not accommodate 5. Then, even through we booked with 3 weeks in advance, they gave us the last table besides the bar service entrance and after the towels table, the last table hidden not even inside the actual restaurant. Fortunately, they understood and moved us closer to the pool.

    The food was great with an amazing view! The staff was welcoming, and our waitress even took the time to take photos of my friends and I. Definitely a place everyone should visit at least once

    As a tourist coming to Toronto, this is the perfect spot to get views of the city - from the CN tower to the water. The brunch was great overall, and the service was too! We even got a delicious dessert from our waiter as it was his first brunch shift — so cool! Will definitely be back!

    The experience was a really good one. The view was amazing, coupled with the esthetics, which was 10/10.

    We arrived and were sat outside. Great views, but no one came over to help us for 22 minutes.

    The KOST has a gorgeous location with stunning city views and a lovely outdoor patio with a pool. The ambiance and decor create an upscale, elegant feel. However, the food and drinks did not quite live up to the high-end vibe. While the menu was intriguing, the quality of the dishes was inconsistent, with some items feeling rushed or lacking in care. The cocktails were also hit-or-miss. It seems The KOST is relying too heavily on its beautiful setting to attract customers, without putting the same effort into the culinary program. To truly become a dining destination, they need to focus on elevating the quality of the food and drinks to match the impressive physical space. Until then, I'm unlikely to return.
