I have to say, that was the absolute best service I've recieved in awhile. With everyone rushing to make a profit, post-covid, it's nice to see a restaurant experience still valuing quality over quantity. Truly made us feel special and like we've been valued customers forever. Will be back for this alone. The food was top notch, again another refreshing part, with the value in quality over quantity mind set. Fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared starters and absolute perfection with the cut of meat. Will be back and recommend anyone that asks now and in the future. From host, to server, to the bus-person cleaning up after everyone. Top shelf quality.

Food is excellent - delicious, well prepared and beautifully presented. Wine list has a wonderful selection. It's a bit pricey but well worth it.

We come back every year for the lamb It is amazing! The vegetables are done perfect. The service is always amazing and friendly. We would recommend over and over!

The homemade pasta didn't look appetizing, and the linguine resembled spaghetti. All the plates lacked sufficient seasoning, so fairly bland tasting overall. At one point, Gary said he'd come right back and show us something (didn't say what), then never came back. But the two other servers were delightful and helpful.

Delicious! Perfectly cooked seafood, pasta, exquisite sauces! Lobster pasta’s sauce is amazing. Drinks always unique and lovely. Peanut butter dessert decadent deliciousness. The chocolate ice cream is my favorite part! Best restaurant! It tops most Saskatoon restaurants easily. Keep up the excellent work!!!

My husband and I visited Pietro as our first date following our wedding a few weeks ago. The interior of the restaurant is quite small, and as mentioned in other reviews, the tables are quite close together, although this wasn't as much of an issue as we thought it might be. Neither of us drink alcohol, and we both absolutely felt like our service took a turn for the worse when our server asked if we would be having any wine with dinner and we declined. My husband ordered a non-alcoholic beer, but the server wasn't able to tell him what it was. He ordered the scallop appetizer and I had the arancini. His appetizer came with one scallop, which was kind of disappointing for $23. It was well cooked and the pork belly was DELICIOUS. My appetizer was tasty, although the accompanying sauce was cold. For our mains, we both ordered steak. He had the porterhouse and I had tenderloin. Both steaks were perfectly cooked and delicious. Minimal sides (3 small half carrots and 2 pieces broccolini, and some kind of potato thing) but expected at this sort of restaurant. We both got the white chocolate creme brulee for dessert which was delicious. I had asked our server for a tea with dessert, which was never provided. Another staff member cleared our table after our entrees, and took my ginger ale without asking whether I was done with it or not. After we had finished dessert, we sat for about 10 minutes before our server returned to clear the table although there were only 4 other tables. Overall, a decent experience, although the service was disappointing. I think it's important for the staff to understand that although a guest isn't drinking alcohol, they still deserve the same caliber of service as those guests who are. We felt like we were not as important or valuable as those guests drinking wine. I did LOVE being able to see into the kitchen.

I loved the food but the waiter brought us something we didn’t order so we just drank it! But other than that it was delicious I’d eat there again for sure.
