Since its beginning in 1824, the long tradition of The Oban Inn dining experience has been enjoyed by generation after generation of our returning guests. Open daily for lunch and dinner.

Dine in our delightful sunroom overlooking lush English gardens or cozy historic Shaw's Corner and in the chic elegance of our fireside dining room. The Oban has a reliable menu of patron favorites and by in large they stick to it. They have excellently crafted dishes based in fish, seafood, duck, chicken, beef, and vegetarian cuisine. The wine list is largely sourced locally and even the new wait staff have been able to assist knowledgably about the selections. We have found the wines they stock to complement their food very well, they clearly have been chosen with care. The wait staff is open cordial, and in my view appropriately attentive, neither absent nor obtrusive. I would suggest asking for seating by the window overlooking the garden.

My beet salad was wonderful and the Cesar salad was very good. Our entrees (lamb) was perfectly prepared. The peach crumble was delicious.

We had an amazing anniversary meal at the Oban Inn Restaurant. Truly unforgettable! The food, service, drinks, ambience were 10/10. Alexa our server was fantastic and Jimmy added some fun to the evening as well. Will definitely be back!
