Experience Restaurant Gordon Ramsay's exquisite bespoke menu in a unique setting. Seating a maximum of four guests, this experience brings you a step closer to understanding the art and science of creating exquisite dishes, and the ingredients used by Chef Patron and his team. Prepayment is required when booking and please note that there is a 14 days cancellation policy. Drinks and a discretionary service charge will be payable on the day. For a 3 star restaurant, service was surprisingly brusque. We were greeted with a request to remove our caps - understand that every restaurant has dress codes but would have appreciated clear instructions on the website (which listed other requirements and maybe not one of the first things you say to your guests … Also never encountered such sub-par hospitality in a fine dining establishment (Michelin star or not). The manager was charming but the same can’t be said for the rest of the staff, especially the lady who took care of our table. Her tone was consistently patronising (“the plate is hot okkaaayy?!’), she flipped my wife’s cap without permission (“I thought there was a spoon under it”), asked us if we were done 5 mins after our dessert was served - was just like an episode out of Ramsay’s disaster restaurant reality series. We had dined at Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir the night before and it was an infinitely superior experience despite it being “only” two Michelin stars.

Another excellent visit to Restaurant Gordon Ramsey. It's always a highlight of our London visit. From the greeting thru the meal to the departure, the co-ordination, effectiveness, and cordial nature of the staff is everywhere. Of course the food is excellent. Hitting on all cylinders!

Once in a lifetime experience. The meal was incredible and service absolutely impeccable. The sommelier made some wonderful pairing choices for us.

Our expectations were high having been there twice before and each time having had an excellent experience. Admittedly a number of years had passed since our previous visit and I’m now left wondering whether our memories were somewhat rose tinted. Our table for 4 felt squashed in a corner. I am wondering whether there are possibly more tables in the room now than there were in the early days at Ramsay? We opted for the seasonal tasting menu and most of the courses were excellent. These included the crab, the lobster tail and the duck. Sadly 3 out of the 4 of us at our table actively disliked the cheese course where cheese had been extruded under pressure to form what seemed to be a dry slightly rubbery floret. While picking at it we longingly admired the cheese trolley with beautiful cheeses as it trundled past. Then our desert arrived and it was a pretty lackluster mille feuille with limited filling and slightly heavy pastry. Thankfully we had ordered an apricot soufflé as an additional desert which saved the end of the meal. I have always said this was my favorite restaurant in the world but tragically I’m not going to be able to say that anymore. It was just a bit disappointing.

The food was excellent. The ambiance was comfortable. The service was great but SLOW between courses. Lunch took 2 hours 45 minutes. They could have cut 30 minutes out of that and I’d have given them 5 stars.
