My wife and I went there to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and courteous. The food was amazing. We were seated in a small section with three tables and for most of the meal we were the only ones in the section. When another party arrived they were seated in the further table so it was still a very quiet, intimate atmosphere. We really enjoyed the meal!!!

Our waitress and the entire staff were warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring our every need was met. The chef(s) deserve accolades for the outstanding dishes we savored. We were not disappointed overall but we were seated just below the bar and it was so loud we could hardly hear each other around the table.

Dinner was as we have enjoyed at the Republic of Texas for the past 15 years. Talented service, superb food and a comparable wine list.

Dinner was amazing. The steak was perfect and the sides were scrumptious. Somehow we made room for dessert and we were not disappointed. Top-notch experience.
