We had a server who told us that he was only on the job one week. When we were first seated, We asked to have a few minutes to look over the menu. He said he’d come back, but didn’t. We asked another server to find him and tell him we were ready to order. He took our order, but didn’t check on us later, refill our drinks or water, etc. We realize that new people need to have some time to adjust and learn their jobs. Our server apologized and thanked us for our patience.
