Very disappointing. Service was good. Maître de was impressive and best part of the dinner. But the food was unimaginative And the average taste at best.

We had Sunday brunch and it was just lovely. From the stellar service to the food and ambiance with the piano in the background. It was a great experience and one we would do again if ever we find ourselves in Roanoke.

Dining in the Regency Room at the Hotel Roanoke is a wonderful experience! Our waitress, Angie, was friendly, professional and made us feel valued. Our meals, the Chef’s Special Trout and the Pan Seared Salmon were absolutely delicious! Upon hearing it was my birthday, a complimentary piece of cheesecake was presented. It’s our favorite place to celebrate special occasions!

This is the loveliest and classiest dining experience available in Roanoke. We now live in Florida but always choose to dine there when we come "home". The trio playing is soothing and you can actually carry on a conversation with no extra noise. The she crab soup i decadent and brings us back to enjoy it.

One might (typically) think the Hotel Roanoke's Regency Room could have difficulty delivering a high-quality Sunday Brunch on par with its very prestigious reputation . . . Nevertheless--our dining experience earlier today well exceeded even those expectations! Kudos to the Hotel's staff for its dedication and attention to detail!

Once again my dining experience at The Regency Room at the Hotel Roanoke exceeded my expectations. Lowell the Maitre d greeted me with a warm welcome and Happy Birthday greetings, taking me to a wonderful located table, where I was able to enjoy my meal and the Jazz Trio Entertainment who played the Aladdin theme song which I had requested they prepare last time I dined here. Again, excellent customer service from my server and all my previous servers made sure to visit my table to wish me a Happy Birthday. My favorite dinner item, the Filet, was quality meat cooked just as requested. All in all, an extraordinary dining experience and a one of a kind Birthday meal and Cheesecake Birthday cake.
