    I went with my girl friends to celebrate birthdays and it was a great experience for all of us. The ambience was great outdoors, even though we couldn't see the lake so well. Waitress was very helpful in selecting the drinks carefully explaining the ingredients. Food was served very promptly served. Braised beef is a must eat.

    Our server was wonderful. We sat on the patio and the musician did a great job of providing ambiance without distracting people from dinner conversation. Food was great, albeit expensive.

    Food was good, service was good, the noise level was such that we could not hear what the three of us were talking about. Seemed the sound was bouncing off the walls, the glass, everything, and there was nothing to help mute it we were sitting at the window opposite the front door beyond the main bar. The two ladies I was with both commented about the noise and said next time let’s pick a different place. The total bill came to just under $300 with the tip.

    Ordered an appetizer of the breaking bread which was phenomenal. I got a pork chop with a salad which was an 8/10 too, although I did order a filet mignon and got it very rare which I did not order. They gave me the choice of a complimentary dessert or another steak to make up for it. The server seemed newer by chance, I asked him questions about the menu and he did not seem too experienced with it. At the end of our bill I had two gift cards and he ran the same one twice and told me that one of them had $0 on it (I checked and it still had money on it). Overall I’m not a picky person so I still enjoyed it but for the price I would expect more.

    Buffalo Shrimp and Brussel sprouts are delicious. One of my guests wanted the walleye during lunch. They check with the kitchen and were happy to accommodate the request. Always a positive experience

    Service here is poor. We waited very long to order. We were rushed out by the staff before we even finished eating. They did not offer dessert or another drink or even a water refill. They literally asked to remove our plates as we were eating. It was my friend's birthday which they knew and they did not mention it at all. When I asked to order a slice of cake I was told the kitchen was closed. Overall very disappointing.

    Server was polite but not attentive or engaged. Had to flag him down for refills and to order second drinks. Entrees were good. However, everyone at table had asparagus as a side choice. It tasted like propane flame - maybe the kitchen had to push too hard to get it prepared.
