We made a reservation and got right in despite some confusion with the group just before us. Our server (Susan) was fabulous, the mocktails were yummy, the entree was incredible and the dessert was fabulous. Don’t hesitate, just try it. You’ll not be sorry you did. The only negative is the parking situation - it was crowded and people parked rather haphazardly - making it hard to find a good spot (and getting out of that same spot). But that’s not a real reflection of Redstone. Just an observation. Don’t let that stop you! 😁

We sat outside in the patio which is a lot quieter than inside. Live music Tuesday. He was awesome.

Our server, Sam, was outstanding. Checked on us to make sure everything was good, she was walking by when I happened to look up, put on the breaks and asked if we needed anything. She really made the dinning experience great!

Food is always great here. Service was very poor. 15 minutes to take out drink order. The slow service continued the entire experience.

Had family visiting and this restaurant was the perfect location based on their hotel. I had never been and had simply done a Google search for nicer restaurants near EP. Couldn't be happier with this choice. Our guests opted to take in happy hour at the outdoor bar and when we arrived for our reservation, they decided they would like to remain outdoors for dinner. I anticipated that this might be a challenge but the hostess was happy to accommodate us and gave us probably the best seat on the patio. The food was amazing. Appetizers were based on the recommendation from the bartender and we were not disappointed - chicken satay and shrimp For dinner, 2 of us had the Chilean sea bass and another had the salmon. I'm super picky when it comes to eating fish and it was made to perfection. Dessert was a deconstructed version of banana cream pie - AMAZING!!! The restaurant is huge, including the outdoor dining space. Loved the ambiance both inside and out. The lighting around our outdoor table wasn't enough to see what you were eating once the sun set so that could be improved upon, but certainly did not impact our visit in a negative way. The hostess was simply lovely. Warm, courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for some of the waitstaff. As I was walking indoors from the patio to speak with the hostess, a waitress came up quickly behind me and louder than necessary shouted "excuse me". By the look on her face, it was clear she was stressed and annoyed that I was in her way. Our server wasn't all that friendly either. From the moment she greeted us it felt like she was rushing us. I was afraid to ask any questions. Occasionally, she was cordial. Go figure. My drink took forever. Not sure why when there are two bars. We've come to realize that restaurants are still struggling since covid. Most are short staffed and service suffers because of it. Didn't let it ruin a lovely evening and we look forward to returning.

I went with my girl friends to celebrate birthdays and it was a great experience for all of us. The ambience was great outdoors, even though we couldn't see the lake so well. Waitress was very helpful in selecting the drinks carefully explaining the ingredients. Food was served very promptly served. Braised beef is a must eat.
