   Service was impeccable from start to finish, food was fantastic. Drinks first off, poipu paradise and gin martini, excellent. Scallops appetizer and focaccia to start, then lobster gnocchi and short rib for entrees, all delicious. Drank a bottle of Pinot I brought, $35 corkage. Dessert was flourless chocolate cake, very decadent and very good! The only detractor is that the room is extremely loud, making conversation a bit difficult.

   Staff and food were top notch. Noise level was high due to hardscape flooring and decor. We felt that was a detractor.

   Everything was wonderful as always. One of our favorite restaurants. Christian took great care of us, he is a wonderful server.

   So very difficult to rate. Service was excellent. Salad was a 10/10 however my lobster on my gnocchi was basically raw. Slight cooked on the outside but raw internal. I returned it, received an apology and it was removed from the bill. So a huge error but was corrected. Just did not except such a big error and is the reason for my lower review. I realize things happen and would probably go back at another time.

   Our anniversary dinner was absolutely amazing!! Starting off with the best waiter Noah! Outstanding customer service and so welcoming! The food quality was a 10! Would highly recommend, and will definitely go back! Mahalo!!

   Red Salt does not disappoint. Great selection of wine. The food is fabulous! Especially the Ricotta dip. I might recommend the Chefs selections ofc the menu. It was excellent! Five stars for me

   Our service was great. Appetizers were good. Entrees passable. We ordered a very nice bottle of wine and the restaurant has a nice wine list. Unfortunately the wine glasses were dollar store wine glasses. For a restaurant that wants to be high end, please invest in proper wine glasses. Overall experience was underwhelming.

    Fabulous dinner, lovely spot. We had a slight view of the ocean from our window seats, and Noah was a very attentive, polite, and efficient server. The food was great, drinks delicious, thank you!
