Le menu varié du Red Salt met à l'honneur les fruits de mer et produits frais d'Hawaï, dans une ambiance de bord de mer à la fois raffinée et décontractée. Les plats modernes incluant le mahi-mahi poêlé à la vanille ou le filet de porc en croûte de noix de macadamia sont servis dans un cadre balnéaire contemporain, afin de créer une expérience culinaire éblouissante aussi bien pour les papilles que pour les autres sens. Certains soirs, le Red Salt Lounge propose un bar à sushi, où vous pourrez savourer des bouchées innovantes d'inspiration hawaïenne à base de poisson frais pêché du jour. My daughter enjoyed an exclusive chef’s pairing menu featuring chef Noelani Planas collaborating with San Diego Chef Tara Monsod. The wines were paired beautifully. The food was fresh and delicious. The timing of the courses was well done, not rushed but not slow. A perfect experience.

We had the absolute BEST experience at Red Salt! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The service was incredible, our waiter Christian was very helpful and on top of everything. The food was the main star of the show, best sushi we have ever had!!! Will definitely be coming back.

Our last dinner at Koa Kea was a great one. The sashimi starter was terrific followed by our entrees of scalopps and mongchung which were cooked perfectly. Service was outstanding. A great way to celebrate our 30th anniversary.

Felt that the food quality didn’t match the price. Ambaince was nice but for the price you’d think we’d be dining right on the beach. The lobster gnocchi was very salty and heavy. The ricotta app was delicious and my husband enjoyed his steak. Wasn’t a bad dinner by any means, just didn’t seem like the quality / ambiance justified the price.

Red Salt at the Ko'a Kea Resort is an absolute culinary gem, delivering an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we sat down, the ambiance and service set the stage for an extraordinary meal. The sashimi was flawless – fresh, delicate, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The scallops were seared to perfection, and the ricotta truly stole the show with its creamy, flavorful profile that had us savoring every bite. The tuna roll was equally outstanding, with a masterful balance of textures and flavors. The bone marrow was indulgent and rich, and the short rib was tender and packed with flavor, a true highlight of the night. For dessert, the trio was a stunning finale – each component was a masterpiece, beautifully crafted and perfectly sweet. Bread pudding was a showstopper. Red Salt is a must-visit, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to experience the best of Hawaiian-inspired upscale dining!

I booked Red Salt for my husbands birthday based on the great reviews. I wanted to love it but we were disappointed. We were seated near four other tables in an alcove and could barely hear our waitress. Our waitress was handling a number of tables so we waited longer than expected for service. Other than a happy birthday greeting from our waitress - it was nothing special. The food was good. For the price we expected more.

The experience was a 5/5! Ashley was our server and she was awesome! Super attentive and sweet. I had the surf and turf and it was the best steak I’ve ever had. The setting was beautiful and quiet, so we could hear all our conversation after celebrating a beautiful vow renewal. The valet staff was warm and gracious. Red Salt was fantastic!!!! A bit on the pricey side, however all the food and drink and service were 100% worth it
