Le menu varié du Red Salt met à l'honneur les fruits de mer et produits frais d'Hawaï, dans une ambiance de bord de mer à la fois raffinée et décontractée. Les plats modernes incluant le mahi-mahi poêlé à la vanille ou le filet de porc en croûte de noix de macadamia sont servis dans un cadre balnéaire contemporain, afin de créer une expérience culinaire éblouissante aussi bien pour les papilles que pour les autres sens.     Super good food. Rib appetizer and Cesar were delicious. The sushi is one of the best on the island but it is expensive. We love sitting at the bar. They need better wines by the glass especially Italian or Spanish or French reds. No edamame this time either but we will go back. One of our favorites

    One of the best meals we have ever had! The food was amazing and so delicious! The ahi just melted in your mouth. Alan, our waiter, was so good always anticipating our needs. This was truly an experience to remember. Our compliments to the chef and entire staff. Mahalo!

    Exceptional food and service all around. Our only issue were the gnats flying around… not just a couple… other than that, we had a wonderful evening and great food.

    We made this reservation far in advance for our honeymoon due to its amazing reviews and we were absolutely not disappointed. We had the ricotta and the pork ribs for appetizers. My husband went bonkers for the ribs. They were the best he’s ever had. He had the land and sea and I had the lobster gnocchi. Both amazing. My dish was very unique and tasty. Our server was super nice and bubbly and she gave us a little congratulations dessert. One thing I will say is the wine was expensive and the dining room wasn’t as pretty as we thought it’d be. Thank you for our yum dinner!!

    Red Salt was recommended by a “foodie” as a place for great food. Our waiter was very good & attentive. Appetizers: scallops & foie gras were wonderful. The entrees were good, but lacked flavor. The machong was dry & the crab crust was tasteless. The mahi-mahi was good, but again lacked flavor. The roasted bone marrow was very bland & seemed to have no seasoning! All in all it was a disappointing & expensive dinner.

    Expected a bit more. Staff was friendly but service was extremely slow. Drinks were decent, the appetizers were were tasty but the entree was disappointing. Billed as fine dining but it was just a hotel restaurant.
