Red Sage is your destination for your next romantic night out, business dinner and drinks or group event. Fare rotates seasonally, and our extensive wine selection will wow the most discriminating tastes.

Red Sage also offers a private dining experience for any need. Our smaller Private Dining Room can accommodate 14 guests and our larger room can accommodate 14 to 30 guests. Both spaces are perfect for Receptions, Dinners, Conferences, Board Meetings, Rehearsal Dinners, Baby and Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Intimate Dinner Parties, and Corporate Dinners.

Red Sage has a diverse Wine Selection of domestic and European varieties. This collection includes local New Mexico producers and wine makers with familiar labels and approachable pricing.

Short staffed & everything took way too long to arrive at the table. The food was only OK. They had no idea of what wines were available from the large wine clear. We'd not return here again.

The food took almost an hour to arrive, and when it did, it was lukewarm. The waiter said the kitchen was “backed up” but that doesn’t seem to be a good excuse. While we were waiting, we should have been offered a refill on our drinks or bread or something. The manager was apologetic and took a percentage off the bill. I’m not sure I’ll return though. It’s hard to get a good assessment of the food when it comes so cold.

We went there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food is always good and the price is worth it.

The steak was excellent, prepared perfectly. The mushrooms were tasty but a little on the greasy side. Unfortunately, our l server was not attentive at all. Hoping it was an off night for him.

We paid $366.00 for our food and left hungry. My son ordered the shrimp for $22.00, and there were only 4 shrimp. We got 4 extra sides, and they only came with 4 carrots on one plate for $8.00 dollars. 4 asparagus on one plate for $8.00 to $12.00 dollars. Also, 2 spears of broccolini for around $8.00 They get u with the sides. It's not right. The brussels spouts were very hard. The service, steak, and pork chop were amazing. I was expecting to spend $200. But not almost $400.00

Need to look a hard at what fine dining operation are. It was like Dennys with nice atmosphere and triple the cost

When they have staff, it is the best service ever, but they never disappoint. I always love eating at The Red Sage.
