We sat outside on the patio and it was beautiful. The staff was beyond accommodating and super professional. The food was a little pricey for the portions but absolutely delicious. We were celebrating so we didn’t care. We would definitely eat here again

Lovely restaurant and service was excellent, but the food wasn’t particularly special. The Parker house rolls are delicious, but it’s disappointing that bread service at restaurants is now an up charge. Filet was good, although more rare than medium rare (but better than some restaurants that overcook MR). My pork was overcooked but the polenta was very good. Brownie sundae dessert special was outstanding.

Excellent service and wonderful appetizers and entrees. However, very limited options for dessert for my gluten free wife. Recommend the pastry chef look into having at least one gluten free cake, brownie or other baked good available each night.

Wonderful location, solid service and good food but wildly overpriced. No surprise given the prices the restaurant was fairly empty at 7pm on a Friday night. I really like the place so I’m hoping they can find a better balance between quality and price.

The food was great along with the desert. Very nice ambience and it was not loud we could actually hold a conversation! Our waiter was excellent and attentive. He answered all of our questions and was helpful. My only complaint was the prices. Way too expensive therefore we did not go back.

Food was ok but staff was distracted and inattentive and delayed not only us but numerous tables. Value and quality were not on par. Disappointed.

Red Rooster at the Woodstock Inn & Resort has outstanding quality (best scallops ever!), creativity (food & beverages), something-for-everyone menu, and amazingly friendly and professional local and multinational staff. We’re staying longer just to have dinner again tonight!

Red Rooster dinner at the Woodstock Inn & Resort is a perfect combination of a comfortable yet upscale setting, creative yet relatable food and beverages, and very professional yet friendly staff. Breakfast (best croissants since Paris!) and lunch (e.g., their own salad and cheese!) also are outstanding.
