We had a nice lunch. Thank you. A beautiful setting, pleasant service. Food was good, perhaps a little bland, but creative.

Burnt chicken wings. Steak overcooked . Salad in huge pieces on small plate. Impossible to cut.

We had a fantastic experience for my wife’s 40th birthday. The restaurant space and bar were both aesthetically pleasing and warm and comfortable. The food was amazing with a small but varied menu. The bartender Robby who got us our drinks before dinner was fantastic and very personable. The wait staff was very attentive without being overbearing and yet responsive when we needed something. Overall it was a fantastic experience of a restaurant we had heard good things about. It was quite the happy birthday

Great service, excellent food, very nice overall. Make you reservation early. Always busy. A month ahead we couldn’t get a room at the Inn.

We were seated at our preferred table on a busy day. Our server was attentive and accomplished. We began with excellent French fries and the hummus pita plate. The Caesar with salmon was very good as was the tomatoe bisque and toasted cheese. The Red Rooster is our favorite summertime dining venue and we drive down from Stowe every month. The resort is outstanding and very well maintained

2nd time I dined in a few months and it was very consistent. The food quality, presentation and service continue to be outstanding!

Janine was excellent, attentive and helpful and the sommelier was knowledgeable and not at all put out when we were not thrilled with the first wine we chose. The menu is pricey but the food is flavorful and nicely presented.
