We go to Reata four times a year - Valentine’s, my birthday, our anniversary, and my wife’s birthday. We have our regulars that we order from the menu and the food is always consistent. It was bittersweet to be in the new temporary location but they have done the best they could to keep the same decor and feel. The space is limited so tables are a little closer than we’re used to but not unbearable. We look forward to when they find a new permanent home.

The new place was nice but missed the ambience of the old place. Usually the chicken fried steak is the best and you can cut it with a fork but it was not tender and hard to cut with my knife. The other food we ordered was delish. The soup and the tamales were so good. The place is so much smaller than the other place and just will take time to get used to this new venue. But overall it was a nice night out.

Reata is a true Fort Worth classic! Glad to see it in its new downtown spot at the Tower. We went for lunch and the service was quick enough to fit into a working lunch hour without ever feeling rushed. Menu is about the same with daily specials. Delicious as always!

One of my favorite restaurants in Fort Worth. Food and service are always great. I liked the other location better.

First time we visited the new location and we were very happy with the entire experience from valet parking, drinks at the bar, food and service. We’ll b back soon

Decent place. Our server was rude. We could tell she was disappointed we came in so late and wanted us out of there. She lied about the cappuccino machine (it was giving lazy). She just didn’t want to do anything so I made sure we took our sweet time. We left a good tip, considering the number of times she huffed and puffed and corrected her fake tone all while rolling her eyes at us while we were just trying to enjoy lunch. Either way, our 87 year old grandmother had a fabulous time.
