Great NYE dinner. Website was confusing (said restaurant was closed and New Year's link didn't work) and no one answered the phone to confirm. Otherwise great.

Our server provided excellent service and ensured my wife and I enjoyed a nice memorable annaversary dinner. The restaurant has awesome ambiance that provides a unique experience with an upscale feel.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch on New Year's Eve in a beautiful place! A bit more than we'd usually spend for a lunch out. Service was excellent

Disappointed with portion size, presentation and menu options. I was told the frittata was premade so they couldn’t withhold one of the ingredients… The Belgium waffle looked like it could’ve been served at waffle House, alone on a plate with three metal cups containing butter, whipped cream, and jam. every time the waiter filled our water glasses. The pitcher leaked down the side, so there was water all over the table. Not what we were expecting for the cost.

We made reservations at Rats for Christmas Eve over a month ago with the understanding that it would be their dinner menu as it was advertised on their website as “Menu for the night includes our full menu”. We were surprised that the menu was actually their lunch menu so we ended up trying to order different things to make it our “dinner.” The food was good, nothing special, but it would have been nice to know beforehand. If I knew it was only going to be the lunch menu, we would have dined somewhere else to celebrate Christmas Eve.

The menu is very limited. The ambiance could have been better given it was 3 days before Christmas - not much seasonal decoration. The overall experience wasn’t as good as it’s been in the past.
