Eating in New Orleans is supposed to be an amazing treat. Unfortunately, Ralph’s on the Park fell well below my expectations. Specifically, a bland mushroom omelet, a soggy pear and spinach salad and overly salted fries coupled with a slow and inattentive waiter made up all the characteristics of “mediocre”. The best thing about the experience was the beautiful City Park next door which made for a nice after dinner stroll. All that being said, I’ve had much better experiences at this restaurant before and hoping that this was just a bad day. I will certainly give them another try.

Stopped in for lunch. Beautiful restaurant just off the park. Perfect window seat. Great service.Turtle soup was delicious. Shrimp BLT was tasty but serving size a bit small. overall recommend.

First time dining at Ralph’s and it did not disappoint. The customer service was great. The menu was not huge but still presented plenty of options. Last night’s sweet potato soup was delicious. We also had the shrimp and Tasso and crab bruschetta apps and they were also delicious. For entrees we had the tuna and the shrimp fettuccini special. Again, delicious. And for dessert what else but the bread pudding, insanely delicious. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious, as usual. Service was pretty bumpy. Multiple courses coming out at once, long waits on arrival and also trying to get the check.

We had the deal ...3 apps and a glass of wine for $38. It was fantastic. Great service and a great value. Highlights were the Shrimp Skelly appetizer along with the wedge salad and the shrimp in puff pastry, but it was all good. Sadly, the special ends this week, but we will be back. The food is delicious.

Great service and delicious food. We were seated at a window table in the bar area looking out to the park. Loved the ambience! Very memorable birthday!
