Le Rails Steakhouse est conçu pour mettre les convives à l'aise dans un restaurant où l'art de la cuisine de saison et l'attention au détail sont à l'honneur et célébrés. Le Rails offre une ambiance attrayante et un environnement animé; il propose une cuisine de qualité et une large sélection de vins, le tout servi par un personnel accessible, attentif et compétent. Dans des pièces où les poutres en bois serpentent entres des murs en pierre naturelle, vous pourrez apprécier des pièces de verre et une décoration basée sur les thèmes de l'eau et du feu. Les clients sont invités à se détendre dans des chaises capitaine en cuir et des canapés disposés de façon à inciter à la conversation dans un des trois lounges. Promenez-vous le long de la passerelle et explorez le Rafter Lounge. Descendez au sous-sol et trouvez le passage secret qui mène à la cave à vin, à la salle de sèche-vieillissement des steaks et vous serez agréablement surpris de trouver un bar clandestin, le Thirty 3, qui sert des cocktails savamment conçus et des petites assiettes. Puis, remontez pour reprendre votre souffle et manger à l'extérieur dans le Trackside ou sur la Vista Terrace qui sont dotés de bars en plein air.

Went for our grandsons birthday. Great experience - food and service were fantastic. Staff very attentive. We will defiantly return.

We had a wonderful experience at Rails! We were seated in the Speakeasy; super cool vibe! Amazing filet, the special appetizers (wagyu meatballs and short rib gnocchi) were to die for and the truffle fries did not disappoint! We finished with the butter cake which I absolutely recommend!

Nice place , great food . Service not so great, hostess very blunt almost rude, long wait to take the order, waitress forgot to mention the specials, we found out after we placed the order

Very pleased with this place!!! Food is outstanding, place is big and clean. Stuff was amazing!!! Will definitely recommend to visit!!!

This was our first time at Rails and I am sure it will not be our last! We have eaten at steak restaurants often and have high expectations and Rails exceeded those expectations. Our server Laura by far was superb! She left no detail unattended. My only disappointment was from the servers who actually brought your food to the table. They definitely need more training nor did they seem interested what they were doing. Each dish we had to explain who ordered what dish, nor did we receive the salt & pepper we asked for until when Laura came back to check on our enjoyment with our dishes did she go and retrieve it for us. The food was excellent and beautifully presented.

Has gone way way way down hill. I hadn’t come to eat in two years due to a previous incident but prior to that was a regular customer thought i’d give them another chance for my birthday. MAJOR mistake! Waitress and service staff in general i’ve had better at an Applebees they don’t belong in fine dining at all. Have no idea how to properly serve dishes aren’t familiar with the menu don’t have a firm grasp on the english language (I speak english as a second language but this was horrible for a “high end” american steak house) Food quality was atrocious for the price point of $450 for 3 people. Steak tasted old and wasn’t cooked to the proper temperature everything lacked flavor and they actually admitted none of their sauces are made in house and are made from concentrate. A bernaise from a powder at this level of restaurant where is gordon ramsey when you need him!! Overall AVOID there are way better steak houses in the area not cutting corners!

Our meals were outstanding (Short ribs & Petite Filet mignon) but the noise of the surrounding tables made us leave quickly thereafter, forgoing any desserts or after dinner spirits.

We had a reservation for 7:00 pm, showed up 5 minutes earlier, but we were seated after 7:10 pm. We were seated at a booth, but the seat was share with the party behind us, and every time they move our seat move. It was annoying. Drinks were ok not good. Appetizers were very good. Dinner was good. Dessert was excellent, but after dinner coffee (Irish Coffee) was no good. Overall experience was good. It could have been better. Our sever Julia was EXCELLENT. PS: There was drop of water coming from the ceiling. It did NOT affect our dinner, but it was there.

Was our first time at Rails and it did not disappoint! We were seated immediately, at a table that was upstairs just outside the bar. Our server was friendly but professional. Liked the timing of the service-we got our drinks, and had time to look at the menu. The appetizers arrived about 15 minutes later and we were given ample time to finish them and sit for a few minutes before the entrees were served. The portions were very generous and we ended up taking some home. In all, we spent about 2 hours there. The food was delicious; we had the Waygu burger, short ribs and baked salmon with sides of the sautéed mushrooms and smoked Gouda mac n’ cheese ( really special!). Dessert was the lemon bar, chocolate caramel cake & cappuccino. This dinner was to celebrate a birthday of one in our group…..what a find! We’ll be back real soon!
