The service was great. The food was delicious but the menu bummed me out a bit since I have tried great sushi and I felt the rolls were basic for that type of restaurant.

We had reservations and there was a line to check in. The men in front of us said they were waiting quite a while and also had reservations. Then a couple cut in front of us and was seated before us even though they weren’t in line nor had reservations. Rude hosting staff. Horrible service; made us wait about 10-15 minutes before even greeting us at our table. Completely unorganized. Server was rude and didn’t “service” well. Took forever to get our drink order and wasn’t helpful at all. Worst service we’ve ever had at this establishment. Putting on the bottom of our list for restaurants

Soup arrived cold. Sent it back and still wasn't hot. Ordered the salad with salmon. Salmon was dry and over cooked. The Mandarin oranges tasted like the can. Salad dressing had a bad aftertaste. When the waiter came back to the table and saw that hardly any food had been eaten, he didn't ask us why. Never have to go back.

We arrived at 5:30 for our reservation and were promptly seated in the back corner of the restaurant. There were three of us dining and each of us had a plate in front of us that was stuck to the table. 2 of the three plates had food residue on them, which was a big concern for us. When dining at a sushi restaurant, it is imperative that we have confidence in the cleanliness and quality of the preparation of the food. We left.

Enjoyed a great business lunch again. We had the Salmon Shogun Bento Box and the Sashimi Shogun Bento Box. Both were deliciious!

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and the food was good, we had a nice area in the back and it wasn’t too noisy. however, our service was horrible. The waitress not only was not attentive, but had a bad attitude. She never came back to Phil Waters. We had to ask for the wasabi and ginger. She was extremely unattended and had a chip on her shoulder for no reason. The restaurant needs a major remodel. I asked to dim the lights because it was so bright in the room and we could not dim them. Too good things were the food was good not great but good and it came out timely.
