Extremely busy and understaffed The server was very nice, tried to be accommodating! Food was fresh and good, but expensive. In all fairness, Valentines weekend.

Great place to go if you’re not in a hurry. After we declined buying a bottle of champagne the instant we sat down our server came by pretty regularly at ten minute intervals. Took 40 minutes to get an appetizer order in, drinks came after 25-30 minutes. This was early evening service on a Saturday and the restaurant did not look that busy from our viewpoint. The sushi was OK at best, and you can definitely get a better menu selection in Kansas City. Went there for a birthday and it was just a very blah experience. Will not be coming back.

Had a reservation with my family, we were seated timely upon arrival. Restaurant was roughly half full. We sat at our table for more than 20 minutes without ever being approached by any of the wait staff to take our drink or food order. We departed and went to Penny’s Aqua where they immediately accommodated us on a busy evening and we enjoyed dinner and drinks.

A very disappointing experience. It took over thirty minutes to get our drinks and well over an hour to get any of our food. We ordered two appetizers and two rolls. The tuna appetizer had very little flavor. The two rolls were good. After waiting an hour and a half, our server said that we could wait for the rest of our food, but he had no idea when it would be ready to serve. It appeared that others in our area were getting the same service or lack of service.

We had reservations at 7pm. We did not get seated until 7:40. They gave us edamame free. Which wasn’t even good. Restaurant was very dirty. Was a disappointing experience. We used to love RA Sushi. It has definitely went downhill.

Prices are so high now our bill was $160 for two of us. Also our server was just very unhappy it seemed and made us feel like a burden. It was weird!!!! Also the food has just gotten worse…. It used to be amazing not sure what happened.

My friend & I went back & forth on what to order for drinks. We decided to go big & order martinis. Sadly after 2 each we wondered if there was any alcohol in them. Especially after paying $16-$17 each.

So many excellent food choices. We had a larger group and a couple people don’t like sushi but still had plenty to choose from. It’s easy to share appetizers and sushi rolls so people can try new things. Good alcohol selection. Our table was ready on time, our server was attentive and helpful. Great energy, too!
