This was my second time here and it was really good again. This was the first time I ordered drinks and will most likely be the last. The drinks were aesthetically cute BUT I’m not convinced that there was any liquor in these drinks whatsoever. They had a good taste to them but no amount of being tipsy ever happened even after we had a couple of drinks a piece and one was the highly recommended house margarita from the waitress. The waitress was really nice but about halfway through our meal she got missing for about 20/25 minutes then finally came back with our 2nd drink. The parking is kind of a nightmare so wear flats because you’ll likely have to walk a couple blocks from one of the parking structures if you can’t get any of the paid parking on the side of the building, it took us circling 4 times to finally grab a spot. So give yourself time to find parking and get upstairs. Food and vibes 8/10, drinks 4/10,waitress 7/10, and location 7/10.

Had a reservation under my name and my table had been given to somebody else? I showed my reservation and they confirmed it. They showed me and my friend the table and someone else was already seated there. That was frustrating. The only available table was a high table since they already sat someone down on my reserved table. Other than that, the food was average compared to the price. There are other better japanese restaurants in town with the similar price but way better food. Even though the overall experience was not the best, server was great.

we had a reservation and were seated immediately (table of 3 7:45pm). the place itself is nice and good music. the food we did get was good but our service was not good at all. we never received our appetizer after asking about it 2-3x and being there 2 hours. eventually just asked for it to be removed from the ticket so we could leave. it’s not crazy pricey but not crazy cheap. for the amount of money spent i was disappointed with the service.

Despite the new changes it was superb like always… I did want my chicken dumplings though bring those back..! Popular demand lol …. Vinh keep up the great customer service we will be back..!

Everything took forever, even though we went at 6 and it was certainly not busy. Our "waiter" appeared to be the only bartender on duty (we were at a table, not the bar, so not sure why he was waiting on us and a couple other tables) and he was frequently busy making drink orders for the other wait staff. Seems a very poor way to manage staffing. The food was good but not stellar. We felt we were paying for the location, rather than service or cuisine. I doubt we'll go there again.

The food and ambience was great. We got sat quickly. Out of Hope the server was more attentive. They were times when we were looking for our server.

Our server was very sweet, but service was a little slow. The restaurant was very dirty. The food was not good. We have been to this location multiple times with no issues at all, the last time being about 2 years ago. This time it was pretty bad all around. We won’t be going back to this location.
