They were not busy .After being seated by the host, it took 15 minutes to get a server to come to the table, I went up to the host and asked where the server might be. Once the server came, she said this is not my table, but I’m gonna take care of you anyway and to be honest she did not a good beginning, but otherwise OK

Overall we enjoyed the food however, two filet mignon dishes came out cold and we had to send them back to be microwaved. Then our shrimp appetizer was forgot about and brought out super late. It was also beyond freezing inside and they waitress said they hear that a lot with the tables under the vents so it wasn’t comfortable inside the restaurant.

Took them 1 hour to serve our food. It was cold and incomplete when it arrived. 2 rices and one filet mignon, nothing too complex to get it done right and timely. When we requested the hostess a holder for my daughter’s chopsticks, they never arrived. She was just standing at the entrance talking to a waitress. She did not care a little.

Overall i like RA only problem is tgt the bar chairs are very high for me could not sit on bar chair on counter so had the ait in normal booth... plz mayb get lower bar chairs so us ahort pol could sit nd act tht we r cool...

Great experience! Had a small hiccup with the reservation but they quickly fixed it and sat us immediately. The food was amazing!
