The service was really lovely, from the host at the front, to the waitress to the bussing staff. Friendly, attentive, flexible. Just great. Unfortunately the food was really just mediocre. I had the "Drunken Seafood" which was supposed to be in a white wine garlic broth, but the broth it was in was very peppery and it had a lot of tomato (was a dark red color, not the bright clear yellow of a classic white wine and garlic broth) so it was just not that enjoyable. If that was what was on the menu, I would not have ordered it. My friend had the chicken and waffles, it was a bit overcooked, was a bit dry, the waffles, because they are buckwheat, were really dense and a bit dry - but the amount of syrup served with it all was tiny. All in all - just "meh"

Waitress was not attentive. Appetizers came out without any plates and napkins. And then half of the entrees came out. And the others were almost 10 mins and entrees on the table Were cold. Asked for additional cocktails came at the end. First and last visit. Sad since it has a nice view

We had a fun time at R10. We went upstairs to hear the band and have lunch. I was greeted with my name reserved on the table from booking through Open Table. That was a nice touch. Our waitress was one of the friendliest and humble waitresses we have experienced. The food was very good, enjoyed their calamari and sauce. I had salad and fish and chips. Fun band and crowd. The age group there was mostly 55+ in the entertainment room upstairs which has an outside balcony open to the inside. It was a fun place to actually have a party.

The batter on the cod fish was soggy. The beef short rib tasted like a pot roast, but it was tasty but needed more of the demi-glace which was very tasty. We were there on Sunday evening & tried to sit by the windows in a booth but the windows had an air gap about a 1/2 inch wide and was extremely drafty. After moving 3 times we sat at a high table which was a bit challenging to place myself in a high chair at 72 years of age.
