I am writing to provide feedback on our recent visit to Zouk during the Christmas season. Unfortunately, our experience was below expectations considering the high price of £75 per head. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to receive only one platter of lamb roast and chicken dinner. The quality of the lamb was subpar, as it was overly fatty, and we had to request a replacement. Additionally, we were surprised that we were not served coffee and mints as listed on the menu. In light of our experience, we would like to suggest that Zouk consider offering a variety of menu options rather than a set menu. This would allow customers to choose dishes that better suit their preferences and dietary requirements.

Not a very good experience on Christmas Day. Was actually very disappointed with the whole experience and wished we had gone somewhere else. First of all no where to stand whilst waiting for a table, was ignored from the get go of entering the restaurant, I completely understand they were busy but atleast greet guests and more organisation would be great. Took a long time for someone to even notice we were sat down or to explain the menu and then long waits in between courses. We was charged £75 a head but was given a platter usually shared between two people so I felt like we was charged for an extra person for nothing as there were 3 of us adults sharing a platter for two with no extra meat put on the platter so value for money was ridiculous. Wont be coming back again we usually go next door to etci mehmet and wished we had stuck to going there. Kids were running around, so loud could hardly hear the music. Waiters/waitresses were in a rush but again because they weren’t given breaks they were tired. Managers need to sort this out. Toilets we blocked sinks were blocked in the women’s toilets no tissue.

Waited 45 minutes to be seated even though we booked in advance when seated got the whole drinks order wrong when after waiting 2 hours and 20 minutes finally got dinner which was stone cold service was terrible safe to say we would not return here in the future

Expected more tbh for what we both paid. very noisy and hectic and slammed with £18 service charge on top of already paying over the odds for what we received. desert was below average had to ask for another part of the starter as it was rock solid and over cooked On a positive note the service was good to say they were so busy

The booking was for Christmas Day and we did not anticipate how busy it would be. There was a 30 min wait for our table, although there was an seated outdoor area with heaters and bar service, waiting 30 min for a booked table is unacceptable. Considering the place was extremely busy the service once promoted was good. The food was excellent everything was cooked perfectly and the the portions were large.

Food was tasty however main roast platter was small. When I booked the dinner I was told it would be a big portion and plenty to share with my 1 year old however my platter that I had was sharing quarter of a chicken with another adult and a lamb that had a good amount of fat with 1 potato each. This was definitely a mis-sell. I also tried to explain this to staff and customer service was shocking. Starters were lovely but would not go again for Christmas dinner. The place was too busy with staff that couldnt be attentive enough. The price £75 p/p did not reflect the service.
