Zouk Manchester is a vibrant restaurant off Oxford Road. A dynamic full theatre kitchen allows diners to catch all the action and gives the restaurant a real buzz. The restaurant itself is beautiful and the vibes were great. The only isssue we had that night was with a certain waitress who tried to take our starter plates away from us whilst we were still eating as the chef came out with our mains. We had only received our starters 5 mins prior to this. The waitress came up and said your food is here and picked my plate up but I had to tell her we are clearly still eating. Once we finished with the starters we were expecting our mains to come out in the next few mins but we we were waiting over 40 mins for it to arrive again!! The same waitress just kept staring at us and didn’t really seem bothered. Just didn’t understand why it would take so long for the food to arrive if she said it was ready ? The food was also very yummy just a shame this waitress had to ruin what could’ve been a 5 star experience. The rest of the staff were really friendly and helpful and I would still recommend coming here again, just hope nobody is served by that certain one !

I had a lovely night for my friend's birthday. The staff was very attentive and pleasant. Every staff member seemed to really enjoy being there. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were very nice. It was an amazing night; thanks so much!

Highly recommend. Scrumptious Goan Curry served medium hot. A warm welcome, excellent and experienced service.

At the start they ended up giving our drinks to wrong table.. then later because of the menu you've written Mint tea so would presume this to be pepper mint and mint tea instead ot was a normal tea bag with mint leaves.. this shoudl be relabelled to morccoan mint tea or english tea with mint so this had to be changed then they forgot to bring other replacement tea and by then we had already ate desserts service

This place is Beautiful the staff very engaging helping with all needs, The food was delicious packed with delicious spices so pleasing to the palettes. Thus was my first visit and I will certainly will visit again

Booked for my birthday. Table booked for 6pm didn't get seated till 6.25pm. Service was slow. Food was basic and the atmosphere was too noisy! Couldn't even hear yourself think. Overall very expensive meal for a poor service.

Booked a table for my husbands birthday. Pre ordered the roast leg of lamb, service was slow, one starter dish never arrived until we asked for it, by then we were moving on to our mains. Informed the waiters we were pressed for time and the mains came half an hour after starters even though I had pre ordered the roast leg of lamb. Very few trimmings were provided considering that cost us £90. Only to receive a few carrots, potatoe and some broccoli stems. When the food arrived no cutlery was served so had to wait for them to provide spoons after asking the waiters. We were not given the appropriate knifes to carve the lamb with. All in all we were unable to cut the cake as time was tight.. having paid almost £400 with a string of poor communication and service I wouldn’t be going back.
