Excellent local restaurant in downtown Franklin. Styled as a more classic Italian restauant that you may eat in NYC. Liked their menu. Pricing is certainly more reasonable than other restaurants in Franklin. As far as food, my veal was chewy. But the salad and bread were good. Alcohol prices were very reasonable.

Ordered Veal Marsala but the veal was still half frozen and undercooked-sauce not even close to a authentic marsala.

This is our 4th time visiting in the last year. I have enjoyed a few entrees. This event was nice because I asked them to make meatballs as the appetizers. It was not on the menu. They agreed to do it anyway.

We had salads, shared lasagna and an order of fried artichoke hearts. Everything was delicious and our hostess and server were friendly and helpful.

The three of us went here for New Year's Eve dinner. Two of us are vegetarians and there was plenty to order from the menu. The eggplant parmigiana and the alla vodka penne pasta was fabulous and the carnivore at our table loved the calamari and spaghetti and meatballs. The portions were perfect as was the service. Absolutely love the cozy and quaint ambience. Will be coming back!
