Zitz Sum is a 30 seat seasonal restaurant located inside of an historic building in Coral Gables, Florida. Our story, is a story of resilience, passion & commitment, that is translated in a plate of food, excellent service and unapologetic gracious hospitality. Our current menu is an autobiographical journey reflecting Chef’s experiences and our affinity for Japanese ingredients and technique.

We currently offer A la carte menu that changes with the seasons, and a Seven Course Tasting Menu that changes weekly. Our tasting menu consists of playful snacks and bites to get the night going, and an array of our signature and favorite current dishes. Part of the tasting menu is presented in a family style format conducive for sharing and celebrating.

Zitz Sum is recipient of a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Award, a 2022 James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for Best New Restaurant and a New York Times 2022 Best 50 Restaurants in America.

Join us for a 8 course tasting menu with our friends from one Michelin starred EntreNos. These dudes are making waves in the country being the leaders of showcasing Florida's bounty and really taking some serious strides supporting local fishermen and farmers creating incredible food with killer techiniques. Seating is avaiable from 6 pm till 9:45 pm. The menu goes for 130 per guest plus service charge and taxes.

During the months of August and September from Tuesday through Thursday join us to check our Summer Tasting Menu Experience for $75 per person ($125 per person typically). 8 course tasting menu including some of our classics and daily addition. Experience our Michelin awarded Tasting Menu during these months.

The food and ambiance here consistently exceed expectations. The servers are highly knowledgeable and excel at explaining the inventive menu items. While the prices are steep, the exceptional quality of the ingredients and the creativity of the dishes make it a splurge worth making!

We loved our tasting menu! Mitchell was a great waitress. So energetic and involved. Food was amazing, the wine was great. It was awesome.

I’ve been here numerous times and this restaurant never disappoints. The summer tasting is incredible and a great value and a great way to try multiple dishes. 10 out of 10
