   Our server had no idea what she was doing. Took forever to take our order, never came back to check on us, never brought us cutlery, messed up our food order, messed up our drink order…which was literally a glass of wine. Food was tasteless. Bread was stale. Then our server completely disappeared and someone from the kitchen had to come out and verify our order. We got a new server who was excellent :) Been here many times and not sure what is happening, but will not be going back anytime soon.

   Really great experience. Surprised there was no local seafood on the menu (salmon and branzino only).

   Service wasn’t the greatest, food was good. I would go back but request different server.

   I hosted an event at Zinqué and had an incredible experience! Allan, our server, was fantastic and managed the large group beautifully! The food was good and view was lovely!

   No full bar. Listed as “French” cuisine but Ltd French entrees. Restaurant was so dark we could read menu. Server and front desk staff very nice onsite but when I called ahead to modify reservation, no one answered phone and was directed to leave VM and then told VM was full. I tried 4-5 times and same every time. Finally went to website and wrote message which they acknowledged when we arrived but never responded to my written message ahead of time. Is this lack of responsiveness a cultural issue, a staff issue or just an operational glitch?? There was a solicitation right on menu to “become an investor”. But If they can’t manage basic customer service, why would this be positioned as a “good investment?”

   Came here on a date night. The environment was a little noisy and the lighting is fairly dark. The food options were great. We started with the crudo which was refreshing. My boyfriend had the Coq Au Vin which was moist and had a mild flavor. I think we both wished it had a little more oomph, but was good. I had the Spanish Chickpea Curry (which is non-dairy based) and added chicken, which had a great curry falvor and the chicken breast was also moist and tender. We got also added a side of broccolini which was flavorful and not bitter. For dessert we had the Pear Melba which was not too sweet and the pear had a nice bite to them and Mousse Au Chocolat which was bittersweet and a slight crunchy topping with some sea salt. We LOVED the food and can't wait to go back!

   Service can ruin the experience. Things go wrong but you need to make an effort to fix it. My wife has several dietary restrictions and all was included in the reservation and review with the waiter. Somehow they accidentally served my wife dairy and the waiter caught it but a bit late. But the server and managers really did nothing. Apologized kind of. When things go wrong which they can fix it. Nothing with comped. And best yet, they listed the item as discounted on the bill due to waiter error but we never really ate it other than a few bites before they informed us it had butter and the dish was removed because no one eats butter at the table. It completely ruined the meal and my wife is now suffering from severe cramps. Restaurants need to take allergies seriously.

    Requested an inside table and then was sat outside. It was cold even with the heaters and then mid dinner it started raining (fully all over all the tables out by us.) No server/host came to help as everyone was being rained on. And then after the rain finally stopped we waited 45 minutes for the check to come. Not the birthday dinner I had planned.
