Waitress was attentive and mind. The wait for food was extremely long and the quality wasn’t great. Will be gong to the Biltmore location in the future.

Meh…hard to imagine this place is part of the Fox family. Defiantly not the same quality of food as the others, but it’s in the quarter and convenient

I was surprised at how much our dinner cost. Two burgers, one appetizer, one soda, one beer, one glass of wine - tax + tip = $100. The food was decent - the Zinburger is quite flavorful. The appetizer - pretzel bites and cheese - were also quite good. The service was lacking. We had to flag down our server a couple times as we needed things and he just walked by without checking on us. The hostess was not welcoming, didn't smile when we walked in, and I'm sorry, that is your job to make customers feel welcome. I read a lot of recent reviews on Yelp and Google and lots of complaints about the lack of service. Management needs to step it up and get this fixed.

Food was overcooked. Had a California Burger Bowl & requested medium rare. Meat & brussel sprouts were overcooked & quite dry.

Food and service were great. Noise levels were deafening and it was impossible to have a conversation. We’ll plan to sit on the patio when the weather permits!

The food was fresh and well prepared. The service was fast friendly and attentive. The fries were disappointing as they are thin like McDonald’s. They used to be thicker. It was hot and uncomfortable in most of the restaurant.
