Horrible. Usually good, but horrible tonight. Food was slow. We ordered milkshakes and they were a little slow. When my burger arrived, the bottom bun fell apart because it was soaked in something. I asked for a new bun and waited about 15 minutes. When it came, the server dropped it on the floor in front of the table and I had to wait another 10 minutes for another one. The server never replenished our water. Not a great night for Zinburger.

My husband and I had our first experience at Zinburger and it was excellent. We went for AZ Restaurant Week and everything was truly great. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip and the soft pretzel bits - ohhhhhh so yummy! I had the veggie burger with a side salad and the veggie burger is definitely the best I've had in a restaurant in a long time. They make the patties there and again so excellent. My husband had a Zinburger with fries and he really enjoyed that as well. The temp of the burger was perfect and the fries...well, they didn't last long. Then we ended with the chocolate cream pie - oh my oh my oh my, is all I can say - such an excellent dessert, perfect, creamy, crust to die for. If you haven't yet tried Zinburger, please, please give it a try and check it out. I know you won't be disappointed!

Zinburger at the Biltmore never disappoints! The food is always top-notch, consistently delicious, and beautifully presented. First and foremost, restaurant staff/servers went out to patio to pet a dog that was brought there by 2 males, whom we presume the restaurant people know. We love dogs and love petting them, but NOT while you’re working serving food/drinks. It was our first time to Zinburger, and to witness a health-violable offense left us wanting to regurgitate our food. Secondly, the burgers and chicken sandwiches were lackluster — the value for the quality and quantity. Will we return, not likely. There were too many fantastic burger options to settle for less than great food/service.
