Here at ZIGU, we believe the key to running a successful restaurant is to serve fresh local ingredients. We cook in a Japanese style using only ingredients found here in Hawaii. We will soon be opening our doors to customers. You'll enjoy authentic Japanese cooking and sake either inside our cozy interior or outside our spacious courtyard terrace.

Very fun. Our server Dave even has his own light in case we wanted to take photos of our food (I always do!), and took a photo of us. Excellent food & fun vibe.

The food and price were good. What made our “date night” exceptional by far was the service! Ask for David to be your server! Best service we’ve had in a very long time - not just in Hawaii! The restaurant atmosphere was really good - it was busy but David made us feel like we were his only guests. Outstanding! Would definitely go back again and again.

Modern Japanese restaurant with exceptional food and even better service. Would recommend a visit if you enjoy sushi and Japanese food.

David was awesome! He walked us through a sake flight and helped us choose one we liked, then guided us through the menu. Everything was on point, but the ahi cutlet and spicy salmon roll were real stand outs. 10/10 would go again

Good food, great service, lovely wine. Ambiance could stand to be a little more interesting or prettier. Really enjoyed meal though.

Excellent spot for sushi. The beef nigiri was the best I’ve ever had! Also loved their spicy edamame. Everything was fresh and delicious!
