The hostess was rude as soon as we entered saying we were late even though we had called to let them know we were running 15 minutes late. We had children and they were unaccomodating. We were visiting from out of town and was looking forward to this dining experience. The waiter who was serving us also wasnt very pleasant. Overall not a great experience despite the food and ambience being good.

Great location- seems to be popular; not very good for vegetarians or vegan folks- especially if you want a meal that is value for money. Pretentious head steward and front office team- that appear to be doing you a favor by talking w you; even if you have a reservation. The guys pouring water and picking up the plates were wonderful. Rest of the service was appalling. And they insisted on a gratuity. I’ll never go back- nor can I recommend it.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Zephyr. I called ahead to reserve a nice table for two, but we were given a poor one instead. We saw a better table for four nearby, and when we asked, they said it was reserved but split it up an hour later. It felt like they didn't take our request seriously and showed a lack of respect. Very frustrating.

Beautifully decorated, loved the interior and downstairs bar as well. Amazing service and food. Loved the tomato salad, need to know the recipe asap! 20£ for a glass of wine was slightly shocking but a great wine nonetheless. Overall would definitely recommend to all friends in London or visiting

The food is delicious! Would definitely go back tomorrow! Have the grilled sea bass and grilled chicken just amazing! The best meal we had in London

Great spot! Service was tremendous. Food was excellent. Particularly loved the black cod and the burnt cheesecake.

Really great experience from the moment we arrived, the food was fantastic (with one their set choices being an ideal way to get a super taste experience) The flavours and freshness shone through - I must also recommend the adding of calamari to your order. A much maligned choice for some, allow the Zephyr option to change your mind - it's incredible.

Was a joy to spend a lovely sunny afternoon at your restaurant after hearing such great things about it. We were celebrating our 4 year anniversary. Our day was made even greater upon receiving such outstanding service from your waitress Arianna. In a London where it’s rare to be greeted with genuine smiles we really felt at home, it’s clear to see she must love her job at Zephyr! We kindly received a complimentary glass of bubbly each to start. Patience was appreciated letting my picky husband taste multiple wines before coming to his final choice. Every attention to detail was taken when explaining the menu, making sure all our dietary requirements were met. Seabass Carpaccio and Calamari are knock out good! Burned Cheese Cake equally fantastic. JayD the drink server was also very kind and helpful. We Cannot wait to return!
