    We had an amazing night! The food and cocktails were delicious especially the espresso martini! The server was so attentive and let our group catch up and talk and was patient. We had the best night at Zasa!

    Great food but not great service. Our waitress forgot to bring our appetizer and she got one of entrees wrong. She was apologetic and took the items off the bill but it did disrupt our meal. We come here often and the food is always great and this is the first time we have had trouble with service. So you should come here.

    The restaurant closes at 9pm At 835 then shut all the patio lights off and music while we were still dining . We got the hint loud and clear . We still has 25 minutes to converse but I guess they wanted to go home . We weren’t offered refills on our beverages either . Won’t be back

    The server Sal was exceptional, great customer service, good food and the atmosphere was phenomenal 10/10, the filet mignon and fried calamari was great.

    We sat outside and knew in advance the traffic and train were a bit loud but being with friends it made no difference. Good, plenty of food!

    Disappointing service - group of six friends met for lunch and several of our entrees were incorrect, and one was not made at all. While they did offer to make her meal, it arrived 15 minutes after the rest of the table. No apology or even acknowledgment of the issue. Service in general was slow and unfriendly.

    We were sat at 5pm on a Sunday (not a lot of other tables, so it wasn't busy at all) server didn't come by and we went looking for her at 5:15pm. She finally came with water and bread and took our orders (2 apps and 4 entreees) at 5:45pm we still did not have appetizers but brought our food out. I told them that we never got the appetizers, and so they took our food back (not my intention). At 5:54 I sent my husband to find our food as we had to leave the restaurant by 6:10 to get to a show at the Allstate Arena. They brought our food (cold) and still no appetizers. My husband ordered fish (not good cold!) and the others were pasta. When we finally were ready to leave, the appetizers showed up. They said they would take them off the bill and wrap them up. No apologies for bad/slow service. The sangria had no fruit in it as well. Not sure if they were short staffed in the kitchen or what but no one explained the delay or the lack of service (no one came to check on us at all, we always had to hunt them down). I would definitely not go back. Seemed like it would be a nice place, but turns out it only looked nice. Terrible experience.

    Everything was great except that the patio is above a very busy street plus close to the train station, the noise from the traffic and trains was over bearing at times.
