An outstanding dining experience. We received excellent recommendations from our server, the lamb shoulder was amazing. I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys excellent food and great service.

I’m a huge fan of Jose’s restaurants having been in LA, NYC, Vegas and Dubai so really wanted to try this. Overall a really poor breakfast experience, service was slow, server slopped yoghurt on table and didn’t wipe so it went through the slatted table. Waiter was not on it, said I was vegetarian then offered meat options. The asparagus and potatoes were lukewarm and the Eggs dish completely cold. I raised that the eggs were cold, this took ages to be replaced by which point the sides were obviously cold. No action was taken but to charge the 20% service which I should have asked to be removed but just left. I probably would only try again for dinner.

We were seated outside, overlooking the pool and beach, it was really nice ambience along with the outdoor heaters lit due to the chili night. The service was outstanding. The food was delicious and we loved the smaller shareable plates. The stuffed great leaves were so flavorful and delicious. Unlike others that I’ve had before, their fried eggplant appetizer with the yogurt sauce so yummy, and their grilled octopus alone would have me come back it was that delicious. Also, they bring out this delicious warm pita bread that’s hard to resist. The next time we come to South Beach for a show at the Fillmore Theatre this restaurant will be an absolute must.

Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Ryan was very attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely trying the NYC location!

The food was average, the service was pretty bad. I suspect this is not Jose Andres restaurant but he only licensed his name. His precious restaurant as SLS hotel was on a completely different level. The ambiance felt like a school cafeteria. People disinfecting menus in front of you and folding napkins is not how a restaurant at Ritz Carlton should conduct its business, customs should never see that. The food was coming way too fast and waitresses were taking our plates before we even finished yet no-one cleaned the table in between dishes. We had a tasting menu and all the plates were to share but then we got two full deserts each, which I think was a mistake. In general the staff seemed to be confused and not properly trained. We will not be back, there are so many more restaurants in South Beach and Miami with better food and service.
