worst experience ever. Take more than 40 min to get our dish when we are ask to have all the food at once on our table. A uncertain things found in our aubergine dish and the manager takes 10min to come to our table and lie to us said it’s the aubergine roots but it’s 100%not . Takes another 10min after we ask for the bill and pay. Worst food also only salty and sour no other taste.

Zeytina is always my go to restaurant when I’m in the city, but I was a bit of a disappointed last night with the quality of food and service. Bread was provided but no dipping sauce until our apps came out. Didn’t see my waitress after she asked how apps were. Fattoush had a drizzle of dressing, no cucumbers, there was a lot of red onions. The size of Lebne felt a lot smaller than the last time I was here. The falafel, however, did not disappoint! It’s probably one of my favorite dishes there. I hope it was a one off honestly, because I truly love this restaurant. I do think that if a waitress/waiter is going to disappear another one should take its place. I wanted more water but there was no one to ask. Waited 10 minutes to get my check. Idk last hour of servicing should be on point as first hour of serving. I’ll still be back bc like I said I’m hoping it’s a one off.

Food was good. Service was lacking. Ambiance was non-existent. Made a reservation a week in advance and was given an awful table in the middle of the walkway right by the waiters station. I asked to be moved but they said they couldn’t do anything (even though I saw plenty of open 2 seater tables in a better part of the restaurant). Service was slow, took about 5 mins for the waitress to arrive after we sat down. Eventually ordered drinks and food at the same time (because we could tell it was going to be a wait) but food came out pretty quickly and arrived way before our drinks. I HATE that. There is literally ONE toilet serving the entire restaurant so expect a line if you need to go.

Food is super mediocre. Decor and ambience is beautiful. The service was great nice vibes, but the food was pretty unflavorful. portions are on the smaller side, which would be fine if it was super tasty, but because it wasn’t, it felt undervalued.

One of the worst restaurants. Took 30 mins for them to take our order, food was awful, would not recommend!
