    One of my favorite restaurants ever. Has been consistently delicious for years. Service is also friendly but Kevin F was especially friendly and helpful last night.

    It was truly a wonderful experience, though the eggplant pide did not taste of eggplant and was more like a so-so pizza. The smoked mushrooms and all the other dishes were exceptional, as was the service. This is my favorite place to fine in DC!

    I've been to Zaytinya a few times now, and it never disappoints. Wide variety of food, and all of it delicious.

    Excellent service. Great food options. Seated us before reservation time even though restaurant was very busy. Had 8 different plates/dishes (served like tapas) that were shared between 3 adults. Also had 2 desserts. Left very full and very happy. Would definitely return if lived locally. Dress is casual.

    Tasting menu for the WIN. Added the wine pairing and was extremely pleased with everything.

    I had high expectations of this restaurant given that it is a Jose Andres restaurant but I was sorely disappointed. The food was mediocre and service was terrible. Our waiter disappeared for 30 minutes and we had to flag down the manager to try and get served. Our waiter then reappeared with no apology and we finally ordered. The kitchen then forgot to send out a dish. When we brought it to the attention of the waiter at the end of our meal, we received no apology or explanation but just a curt statement that said they’ll take it off the bill. I would not recommend or go back again. There are far better and more reasonably priced restaurants in the D.C. area.
