    First the restaurant is very esthetically beautiful. 2nd, our server (John) was fantastic and attentive. 3rd. The food is always great!

    Service was slow and reason given was that our waiter had a large party. It became obvious that was his priority. Food arrived lukewarm and took over 25 minutes to arrive. With all the delays, we received our main meal 55 minutes after being seated. Very noisy, but the meal was good.

    I keep being told I will get a call or Jennifer will make things right. Still nothing and it’s 1/29/2025. First I made my reservation on open table for a standard table because there were 5 of us. I walked in and the hostess said we have a high top. I said I have reservations for standard. She said "oh well" we have a high top or you can wait. I asked to speak to the manager and her immediate response was "he's busy". We ordered and it took literally 1:15 minutes to just get our food. The portions were so small. It's hard to believe a place like this stays open.

We understand how frustrating it can be not receiving the attention and service you deserve, especially on a special occasion.     Waited over 1 hour for reservation. This is the second time this happened. They overbook

    We waited over an hour and a half after we ordered to get our food. We had ordered chicken lettuce, wraps, California roll and sweet and sour shrimp. When the waiter finally brought the lettuce wraps and shrimp, the lettuce wraps were ice cold. The sushi had been sitting at the sushi bar for a long time until I asked the waiter if he could check on that. People that were seated at least 30’minutes after us were served their food almost immediately. Apparently they were friends of the bartender. I get that it was busy but the service was beyond terrible!

    My dinner reservation from OpenTable on Christmas Night was not honored. I did not dine at the restaurant, nor will I ever.

    We got our food after 1 and a half hours Even though it was Christmas Eve this was a very long wait The tables were sticky and dirty. The server was dismissive and rude.

    We had a horrible experience with the two hostesses. First one told me she only did carryout. The next one did seating and carryout. I checked in 4 adults 2 children on Christmas Eve. We were offered a high top which two of us physically could not sit at. We were told a twenty minute wait. We noticed shortly after an empty booth for 4, and a table for 4 with a table for 2 next to it that could be moved. She seated three people at the table. We did question the hostess about it and was told bluntly their reservation was first. After 35 minutes we requested to sit in the front porch area. Throughout the waiting time the one hostess yelled at me twice that it's Christmas! After sitting down we had a wonderful server that understood we needed the food timely. We arrived at 6:15 and ordered at 6:58. When we arrived home we we received an email that Zao Jun reported us as a no show! Several weeks ago I ordered carryout for 5:15. I was a few minutes late. Different hostess told me they did not have my order. I questioned that I paid online and either I get my food or a refund. Sure enough it was sitting there and I took it home.
