Really good food, fabulous entertainment. This was a set price menu at £39.95 a head, which was a lot of money, but it was worth it. However, there were three mistakes/additions made to our bill, and although they were taken off when we queried them, this should not have happened. We would have been overcharged by £40 had we not disputed it. We noticed another table querying their bill too. This has dented our confidence and we would be wary of attending again.

What could be better, great food and entertainment, a few drinks coupled with exceptional table service. Top end restaurant, treat yourselves...

Absolutely disgusted tonight the way I’ve been treated. Been coming for years a a local. But tonight I was called a liar and told to leave as I had been given wrong information on the price of this event by a member of your staff! Not even that bothered about the price but the principal. Think your staff need more training!!

The hospitality at Zaazu was amazing, the staff were really attentive and helpful and the food was amazing, really good quality.

The place is fantastic from the welcome right through the food and to the end of the night We went on the Billy Ocean tribute night which was fabulous Somebody complained it was too noisy,which it wasn't so he had reign it in which was a shame Don't go for a meal when a live act is on and spoil it for everyone else 😉

Absolute rip off. Portions was tiny. Food was Luke warm. You get charged for water. And a service charge on top of the bill. Would never go there again

Our first time at Zaazu and a very pleasant one too :-) Lovely ambience with modern music to our liking being played in the background at just the right level, not intrusive but perfect to add atmosphere. Service was top draw, excellent timing when we were ready and throughout the meal. The menu was simple, easy to understand with enough choices (unlike some restaurants that seem to give you a book to choose from) However, the reason we will return was the taste of the food. It seems they are always adding fresh dishes to the menu to keep customers happy with new choices and going the extra step by explaining the dishes. One in our party was vegetarian, he commented on the fact he could really taste the food and we all agreed that our dishes had that something special about them, not overly spiced, just perfect and simply very tasty. We will return, probably with friends we can impress !! haha. Highly recommended, 5 stars for us.

We came there as a group as was very disappointed with this place.... Food was very expensive for an indian restaurant... we have to ask several times for additional drinks and staff was not very friendly or attentive.....
