Food was good but service not so great. We ordered sparkling water and our serve never bother to refill. It’s a bit ridiculous to charge for 18% tip.

I loved the Lobster Ravioli! The wine was excellent and service attentive but not invasive. Second time there and enjoyed every minute!

Service from the time we arrived to the time we left was below average. Had to grab our own glasses for our bottle of sparkling water we ordered as our waitress never brought us any. Ordered appetizers and two mains and the food came all at once even though we asked to have the appetizer first. Food was average as well but it was the service that made my rating so low.

Head Server male was pretty good to us and having been to the restaurant several times the food is always good. However, we ordered a bottle of Wine starter and 2 mains. 20 mins later the wine came. 20 mins later the waitress presented us the wrong appetizer and we said no we did not order that off you when you took our order. This is spicy mussels and we ordered baked cheese. She apologized and walked on with the dish. 20 mins later I asked the main waiter any idea about our appetizer as we are here now 1 hour since we ordered and we are already halfway past our wine bottle . He said let me check and the waitress came with the appetizer and 2 mains within 2 minutes and said oh sorry about this. I have no idea what happened but I think our order had been sitting under the hot plate for 20+ minutes and had been forgotten. I'm a regular customer here and this is the first time I could not leave the usual 20 percent tip. I didn't leave any tip which is pretty much reserved for abysmal service.

The pizza was fantastic and I'm not a huge pizza lover. The pasta was just okay. We didn't have dessert but the cappuccino was first rate. We were sitting by the window and even with my coat around my shoulders I froze. We came on Valentine's day and were told there were timed sittings and we'd have to leave after 90 minutes which we'd have been happy to do if the service has been better. Not perfect but I'd go again for the pizza.
