At Z Cucina di Spirito, you will enter a world of traditional and modern Italian cuisine that also moves with ease into the realm of Mediterranean flavors. The unique and comfortable bar and dining area is warm and inviting.

Z Cucina's menu offers flavorful and well seasoned small plates, salads and main courses. Truly a "scratch kitchen" as we make our own ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, sausage, breads and desserts. Our menu also includes our hand-made ravioli, tortolloni and fresh pastas. The restaurant features a full bar with specialties such as the Pera di Miele, Basil Gin Smash and the Blood Orange Margarita. Also offered is a well crafted, artisan wine list with gems from the various regions of Italy including Tuscany, Piedmont, Apulia and Veneto as well as the countries of Spain, France, Australia and the U.S.

We went out with some friends on Saturday night and the wait was 30 minutes to be seated at our reserved table. The food overall was ok, it was not as good as we have had before.

We love Z Cucina. Rick runs a great restaurant. Staff is outstanding and we love the food. My fav is the goat cheese ravioli; i have them sprinkle sausage on top.

Really slow...we were there for over 2 1/2 hours. We were sitting 30 feet from the bar, but it took 15-20 minutes to get a drink. A server told us "I have no clue" when we asked what the wifi password was (she never provided an answer).

It was so romantic! Me and my long term girlfriend went there right after I proposed. This made the night so much better than I could’ve ever imagined!!

Great atmosphere; energetic w/out being 'clubby.' Attractive low-light decor. comfortable. Hostess greeting was warm and professional--which is increasingly rare these days, in our experience. Our complimentary bread & tomato dip was outstanding. We both got the seasonal salad but were underwhelmed. Tasty, but lacked much flavor of the seasonal ingredients noted in the menu. Our server was not overly warm or chatty but polite and efficient. Entrees were good but not outstanding: lemon piccata wasn't sufficiently 'lemony-y' and the risotta was not a traditional creamy sauce--it was almost like a very hearty soup. very tasty--just the texture surprised me. Large wine list and the Super Tuscan we selected was delicious and fairly priced. we've been here before and we'll absolutely be back!

We waited awhile for our dinner and were told various times they’d bring bread as it was being made fresh. We had dined for over 2 hours. Still no bread. We were given a small carry out box of a few slices of bread to take home. It was delicious but a shame not to have had with our meal service. Wait staff were delightful!
