With great attention to detail, star chef Christian Sturm-Willms combines Japanese elements with those of modern Mediterranean cuisine. Its balanced combination of different flavors makes its dishes a taste experience. The critic Gault Millau describes the dishes of Christian Sturm-Willms like a Japanese ink drawing, "which creates whole landscapes through a few clever brushstrokes.” The YUNICO has one of the most extensive sake selections in Germany as well as fine wines that complete the offer perfectly. The menu has 3-6-course meals on offer or you may dine à la carte.

With a new interior design and the large rooftop terrace overlooking the Rhine valley, the YUNICO offers an exclusive ambiance. For Christian Sturm-Willms and the restaurant manager Melanie Hetzel their work is their hobby and that's what makes every visit to the YUNICO a very special experience.

Hervorragendes Essen, wir hatten das Omakase Menue (4- und 6 Gang). Toller Service und herausragendes Ambiente. Da es aber auch sehr teuer war, eben ein Abzug beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für das gebotene war es eben "nur" normal und nicht besonders günstig.

Es war sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 💥 Leider wollte ich wie immer ein Nussbutterschaumbad nehmen, das ist aber leider „wegen der anderen Gäste“ nicht möglich.

Wir hatten erneut das Vergnügen, ein Zwölf-Gang-Menü am Chef’s Table im YUNICO zu genießen, und es war wieder eine herausragende Erfahrung. Die Kombination aus kreativer japanischer Küche, perfekt abgestimmten Aromen und einer exzellenten Getränkebegleitung mit Fokus auf Sake – aber auch mit passenden Weinen – hat uns begeistert. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein, und die Atmosphäre am Chef’s Table machte das Erlebnis noch besonderer. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die außergewöhnliche Kulinarik zu schätzen wissen!

Das Essen ist eine Offenbarung. Man fühlt sich zudem sehr gut aufgehoben, was nicht zuletzt am grandiosen Service liegt, der mit einer gesunden Mischung aus Expertise, Freundlichkeit und Witz den perfekten Rahmen bildet.

Ein besonderer Abend. Der Service war hervorragend. Wir hatten waren begeistert von dem geschmackvollen Essen und der dazu sehr passenden Weinbegleitung.

This place is quite simply incredible and one of the finest dining experiences I’ve enjoyed in Europe. The service is fantastic, the food out of this world. Well worth a visit.

Wir kommen in der Regel 2 mal im Jahr ins YUNICO und jedesmal ist das Essen hervorragend. So delikat und mit viel Können fein dekoriert, dass einem schon beim Hinschauen der Appetit kommt. Der gesamte Service entspricht unseren Vorstellungen.
